I am dedicated to helping individuals, families & educators understand
neurodivergence. Getting diagnosed at 49 changed my life forever. Things started to make sense, so many of my frustrations, challenges, strengths, my MO. I had a lot of realizations about how ADHD was impacting my parenting, which has led me to become a certified ADHD Coach specializing in supporting parents, families, and teachers. Coaching continues to help me reframe my internal dialogue, improve my executive function & balance my emotions. My commitment to ongoing education and internationally recognized certifications ensures that I provide my clients with the most effective support.
